【摘要】 目的:观察普洱茶对SD大鼠高脂饲料诱发性肥胖的预防效果。方法:4周龄SD大鼠96只,在高脂饲料造模的同时给予不同浓度普洱茶干预60天,试验期间观察动物体重,试验结束后检测动物血脂、体脂及肝脏脂肪变性程度等。结果:①普洱茶能抑制高脂饲料诱发的SD大鼠体重和体脂的增加;②普洱茶能调节SD大鼠血清总甘油三酯(TG)、极低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(VLDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)水平;③普洱茶能减轻高脂饲料诱发的SD大鼠肝脏脂肪变性的程度。结论:普洱茶具有预防高脂饲料诱发的SD大鼠肥胖的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the efficacy of Puerh Tea preventing obesity induced by high-lipid diet in SD rats.Methods:96 4-week-old SD rats were received high-lipid diet to induce obesity,and simultaneously they were administered with different doses of Puerh Tea for 60 days.bodyweights were recorded during experiment.At the end of experiment,blood lipids,body fat,and adipose degeneration of livers,etc.they all were measured.Results:①Puerh Tea can restrain the gaining of body weight and body fat induced by high-lipid diet.②Puerh Tea can accommodate the levels of serum Triglycerid(TG),Very Low Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol(VDL-C),and High Density Lipoprotein Cholesterol(HDL-C);③Fatty degeneration of hepatic cells which were induced by high-lipid diet were relieved effectively.Conclusion:Puerh Tea have the effect of preventing obesity induced by high-lipid diet in SD rats.更多还原
