【摘要】 目的:建立不同商品规格温朴中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量的高效液相测定方法,测定不同商品规格温朴药材中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚的含量。方法:色谱柱Hypersil BDS C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(80∶20)。结果:厚朴酚在0.45~230μg/mL,和厚朴酚在0.90~110μg/mL范围内线性关系良好。含量测定结果表明,不同商品规格温朴药材中厚朴酚与和厚朴酚含量存在差异。结论:不同规格温朴的内在质量有明显差异。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To determine quantitatively the content of honokiol and magnolol in different specifications of Magnolia officinalis.Methods:Chromatograp column Hypersil BDS C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm) was used,mobile phase was methanol: water(80∶ 20).Result: The linear range of honokiol and magnolol were 0.45~230 μg/mL,0.90~110 μg/mL,respectively.The contents of honokiol and magnolol were different obviously in different specifications of samples.Conclusion: There were significantly differences in intrinsic quality of Magnolia officinalis.更多还原
