【摘要】 目的:测定不同产地乌药中乌药醚内酯的含量,确定乌药乌药醚内酯的最佳产地,为合理利用该药材提供依据。方法:以乌药醚内酯为标准品,采用反向高效液相色谱法测定乌药中乌药醚内酯的含量。结果:不同产地乌药中的乌药醚内酯含量差异较大,以浙江台州、江西,所产含量较高,其中浙江台州最高,为3.72mg/g。结论:浙江台州可以定为乌药乌药醚内酯的最佳产地。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To determine the contents of Linderane in Lindera aggregata(Sims) Kosterm produced in differ-ent areas and find the best producing area.Methods:The contents of Linderane in Lindera aggregata(Sims) Kosterm were determine by a RP-HPLC method.Results:It shows that the content varies greatly in different producing areas.The content of Linderane is higher in Zhejiangtiantai,Jiangxi,among which the content in Zhejiangtiantai is the hightest(3.72mg/g).Conclusion:Zhejiangtiantai can considered as the optimal producing area of Linderane in Lindera aggregata(Sims) Kosterm.更多还原
