【摘要】 目的:观察"芍黄通便合剂"治疗肠道气滞型便秘的疗效。方法:将410例肠道气滞型便秘患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组口服芍黄通便合剂,对照组麻仁丸,疗程14天,观察两组治疗前后的排便间隔天数、每次排便时间、便质等来判断两组疗效。结果:410例患者完成治疗,两组中治疗组总有效率为85.37%,对照组总有效率为67.8%。结论:芍黄通便合剂对肠道气滞型便秘有较好的治疗作用,无明显不良反应。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the therapeutic result of Shao Huang laxative misture in Treatment of Intestinal gas stagnation Constipation.Methods: Four hundred and teen cases of Intestinal gas stagnation Constipation were divided into two groups: two hundred and five patients were treated with Shao Huang laxative misture as the treatment group and two hundred and five patients were treated with MaRen pellet as the control group,a course of 14 days.Results: Four hundred and teen cases accomplished treatment.The total effective rate was 85.37% in the treatment group and 67.8% in the control group.The curative effect in treatment group was obviouslybetter than control group(P<0.01).Conclusion: The therapeutic effect of Xielin Yin decoction in CAP was satisfactory.更多还原
