【摘要】 目的:观察强心通脉颗粒治疗慢性心衰的临床疗效。方法:将90例气滞血瘀型慢性心衰病人随机分为中药治疗组(强心通脉颗粒治疗组)、中西药结合治疗组(口服强心通脉颗粒同时口服常规西药)和西药对照组(常规西药组),治疗4周,观察治疗前后心功能分级、心衰计分及中医症状评分的变化,并采用秩和检验进行统计学分析。结果:中西药结合治疗组疗效最好,优于另外两组,3组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:强心通脉颗粒是治疗慢性心衰的有效药物,配合西药治疗可以明显增加疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the particle treatment of cardiac Tongmai the clinical efficacy of chronic heart failure.Methods:90 patients with chronic heart failure patients with qi stagnation and were randomly divided into three groups for the Chinese medicine group(cardiac Tongmai granules treatment group),the western medicine comparing with TCM group(cardiac Tongmai oral granules while oral conventional western medicine),Western medicine control group(conventional western medicine group),were treated for 4 weeks,cardiac function before treatment,after treatment,the classification changes,scoring points with heart failure and treatment of TCM symptom score before and after comparison studies to determine efficacy.Results:The efficacy of the western medicine comparing with TCM group is best,better than the other two groups,three groups were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion:Cardiac Tongmai particles is an effective drug for the treatment of chronic heart failure,with the western medicine can significantly increase efficacy.更多还原
