【摘要】 目的:观察温脾实肠法组方对脾阳不足泄泻大鼠回肠组织中胃肠激素活性的影响,探讨温脾实肠方治疗脾阳不足泄泻的机理。方法:SD大鼠60只,除正常对照组外,其余各组采用苦寒药物加饮食失节法建立大鼠脾阳不足泄泻动物模型,并给予相应药物治疗14天,末次给药1h,取大鼠回肠组织,测定脾阳不足泄泻大鼠回肠组织中胃泌素(GAS)、胃动素(MOT)和生长抑素(SS)水平。结果:脾阳不足泄泻模型组大鼠回肠组织中GAS、MOT和SS含量与正常组比较明显降低,经药物治疗后,附子理中丸组、温脾实肠方各剂量组的大鼠回肠组织中GAS、MOT和SS含量均高于脾阳不足泄泻模型组,其中温脾实肠方大剂量组和中剂量组可明显升高大鼠回肠组织中GAS、MOT和SS含量,与模型组比较具有显著性差异。结论:温脾实肠方治疗脾阳不足泄泻与升高大鼠回肠组织中GAS、MOT和SS含量有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the effect of wenpishichang fang on the levels of gastrointestinal hormones in tissue of rats with spleen-yang deficiency diarrhea.Methods:Sixty Sprague-Dawley rats were subdividied into normal control group and the spleen-yang deficiency diarrhea model groups induced by medicines classified as bitter and cold and without diets control.The spleen-yang deficiency diarrhea model groups were divided according to medicines administration: no treatment;wenpishichang fang treatment(low,middle and high dosage);fuzilizhong pill treatment.After 14 days.,the levels of GAS,MOT and SS in rats ileum were measured by 1 hour after the last administration.Results:Levels of GAS,MOT and SS in ileum of rats with spleen-yang deficiency diarrhea group were significantly lower than those in controls.After medicine treatment,levels of GAS,MOT and SS in ileum were increased for all doses of wenpishichang fang groups and fuzilizhong pill group and the high and middle dose of wenpishichang fang showed significantly higher than model group.Conclusion:Wenpishichang fang was effective on spleen-yang deficiency diarrhea probably by increasing the content of GAS,MOT and SS in ileum of rats.更多还原
