【摘要】 目的:探讨辽宁、吉林、朝鲜三产地人参对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:健康SCID小鼠80只,随机分为空白对照组、人参对照组(3组)、模型组、治疗组(3组)。以100%番泻叶浸液灌服小鼠10天,建立脾虚证模型。三产地人参煎剂治疗15天后流式细胞仪检测小鼠脾细胞悬液中CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T细胞比例,酶联分析法(ELISA)检测小鼠血清中γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)含量。结果:模型组小鼠脾细胞悬液中CD3+、CD4+T细胞比例显著下降,CD8+T细胞相对升高,CD4+/CD8+降低;血清IFN-γ浓度降低。给药后各治疗组CD3+、CD4+T细胞、CD4+/CD8+、IFN-γ浓度显著高于模型组(吉林人参、朝鲜人参>辽宁人参)。结论:人参能够调节脾虚证引起的CD3+、CD4+减少,CD8+相对升高,CD4+/CD8+、IFN-γ下降,从而改善脾虚证细胞免疫功能障碍。三产地人参比较结果显示朝鲜人参与吉林人参提高小鼠脾脏中T细胞亚群的作用好于辽宁人参,三组人参提高血清IFN-γ浓度的作用相同。更多还原
