不同产地人参对脾虚小鼠细胞免疫功能影响的研究

【摘要】 目的:探讨辽宁、吉林、朝鲜三产地人参对小鼠细胞免疫功能的影响。方法:健康SCID小鼠80只,随机分为空白对照组、人参对照组(3组)、模型组、治疗组(3组)。以100%番泻叶浸液灌服小鼠10天,建立脾虚证模型。三产地人参煎剂治疗15天后流式细胞仪检测小鼠脾细胞悬液中CD3+、CD4+、CD8+T细胞比例,酶联分析法(ELISA)检测小鼠血清中γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)含量。结果:模型组小鼠脾细胞悬液中CD3+、CD4+T细胞比例显著下降,CD8+T细胞相对升高,CD4+/CD8+降低;血清IFN-γ浓度降低。给药后各治疗组CD3+、CD4+T细胞、CD4+/CD8+、IFN-γ浓度显著高于模型组(吉林人参、朝鲜人参>辽宁人参)。结论:人参能够调节脾虚证引起的CD3+、CD4+减少,CD8+相对升高,CD4+/CD8+、IFN-γ下降,从而改善脾虚证细胞免疫功能障碍。三产地人参比较结果显示朝鲜人参与吉林人参提高小鼠脾脏中T细胞亚群的作用好于辽宁人参,三组人参提高血清IFN-γ浓度的作用相同。

【Abstract】 Objective: Explore liaoning,jilin,Korean ginseng to mice in the cellular immune function.Methods: Health SCID mice 80 only,randomized control group,ginseng(3),model group,the treatment group(3).Give 100% fanxieye immersion irrigation under mice for 10 days,serve splenasthenic syndrome model.Three origin ginseng decoction treatment 15 days flow cytometric detection mouse splenic cell suspension fluid CD+3,CD+4,CD+8 t-cells proportion,ELISA test mice serum IFN-γcontent.Results:The model group of mice splenic cell suspension liquid CD+3 CD+4 T cells and ratio decreased significantly,CD+8 T cells relative rise,CD+4/CD+8 reduce,Serum IFN-γconcentration decreased.After the treatment group CD+3 CD+4 T cells,and CD+4/CD+8,IFN-γ concentration significantly higher than the model group(North Korea jilin > liaoning).Conclusion:Ginseng can adjust the splenasthenic syndrome caused CD+3 CD+4 reduce,CD+8 relative rise,CD+4/CD+8 IFN-γdecline,so as to improve and splenasthenic syndrome cellular immune function obstacle.Three origin in comparison results show that north Korea ginseng and jilin ginseng are better then liaoning ginseng in improve mice in the spleen T lymphocyte subsets role,Three groups of serum IFN-γconcentration to improve functions are the same.
