【摘要】 薛伯寿教授曾拜著名中医学家蒲辅周先生为师,继承发挥蒲氏善治外感热病的医疗经验,临床对杨栗山温疫十五方的应用颇有心得,尤其灵活运用升降散,经薛师的灵活运用就成了一方多用,拓展了治疗范围,临床不仅广泛用于外感热病温病,亦用于治疗疑难内伤杂病,往往可提高疗效,薛老认为火热内郁、脏腑受损、升降出入失常是升降散进治疗外感热病和内伤杂病的病机要;升降散使用有其相应的原则,要在辨证;在辨病辩证选方用药基础上合用升降散可以提高临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Professor XUE Bo-shou once learned after PU Fu-zhou—the great master of traditional Chinese Medicine,inheriting and exerting the medical experience of Mr PUˊspeciality on treatment of exopathy fever.In clinical practice,he has much using experience on Fifteen Decoction for plague formulated by YANG Lishan,especially on the Flexible Application of Shengjiang pulvis(SJP).Professor XUE flexibly uses Shengjiang pulvis(SJP) to theat various diseases and expand the range of therapy.In clinical practice,he uses it not only in treatment of exopathy fever and febrile disease but also in intractable and miscellanyeous disease.Usually it can improve the curative effect.In Professor XUEˊopinion,the pathogenesis main point that Shengjiang pulvis(SJP) is used to treat exopathy fever and miscellanyeous disease is heat-obstruction,Viscera-damage or disorderity of exiting and entering of Qi.There is some corresponding principle in using Shengjiang pulvis(SJP).You ought to combine Shengjiang pulvis(SJP) on the basis of integrating disease identification,syndrome differentiation and medication usage into improving the clinical curative effect.更多还原
