【摘要】 目的通过对老年肺结核合并糖尿病患者的营养状况调查和分析,提出合理化营养支持建议。方法对老年肺结核合并糖尿病患者(A组)、老年肺结核患者(B组)和正常老年人(C组)各72人进行调查分析。观察3组体质指数(BMI)、血红蛋白(Hb)、总淋巴细胞(TLC)、血清白蛋白(ALB)、肌酐-身高指数5项营养指标进行对比分析。结果 A、B组患者5项指标均低于C组,而营养不良发生率均明显高于C组。结论老年肺结核合并糖尿病患者更应注重膳食的平衡。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the nutrition status of elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis(PTB)and diabetes(DM),and to provide rational proposals for them.Methods Elderly patients with PTB and DM as group A(n = 72),elderly patients with PTB as group B(n=72) and elderly normal persons as group C(n=72) were selected for the study.Body mass index(BMI), hemoglobin(Hb),total lymphocyte count(TLC),serum albumin(ALB),and creatinine-height index were detected to analyze the nutrition status.Results The BMI,Hb,TLC,ALB and creatinine-height index in group A and B were lower than that in group C.The incidence of malnutrition in group A and B were both higher than that in group C.Conclusion Elderly patients with pulmonary tuberculosis and diabetes should balance their food choices.更多还原
