【摘要】 目的观察显微镜下行翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗复发性翼状胬肉的临床疗效。方法对62例(67眼)复发性翼状胬肉患者,在显微镜下行胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘于细胞移植手术,术后观察6～18月。结果 67眼复发性胬肉手术后6～18月内,62眼(92.54%)未复发,5眼(7.46%)再次复发。结论显微镜下翼状胬肉切除联合自体角膜缘干细胞移植治疗复发性胬肉,可以有效预防翼状胬肉再次复发,是目前基层医院医疗条件下较为合适的手术方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effect of excision of pterygium combined with self - transplantation of corneal limbal stem cells on recurrent pterygium under the microscope.Methods 67 eyes of 62 patients with racurrent pterygium were conducted with excision of pterygium and self - transplantation of corneal limbal stem cells under the mieroseope,six to eighteen monuYs follow - up after operation.Results Only 5 eyes(7.46%) were recurred after six to eighteen month’s follow - up in 67 eyes with recradescent pterygium,and 62 eyes(92.54%) were not recurred.Conclusion The method of excision of pterygium combined with self - transplantation of corneal limbal stem cells on recurrent pterygium under the micro- scope,can effectively prevent recurrence of pterygium again,and it is more suitable surgical method at the primary hospital medical conditions.更多还原
