Encor微创旋切系统联合超声BI-RADS分级在乳腺病灶诊治中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨Encor微创旋切系统联合超声BI-RADS分级在乳腺病灶诊治中的应用价值。方法对笔者所在医院2009年9~2010年12月行乳腺病灶Encor微创手术切除的82例患者的乳腺超声BI-RADS分级和术后病理资料进行回顾分析。结果 Encor微创手术操作成功率达100%。82例患者中乳腺癌3例,纤维腺瘤71例,导管内乳头状瘤3例,乳腺腺病5例。超声BI-RADS分级2级10例,3级有48例,4级22例,5级2例。BIRADS分级2~3级病例无乳腺癌;BI-RADS分级4级有2例乳腺癌,占4级病例的(2/22);BI-RADS分级5级有1例乳腺癌,占4级病例的(1/2)。术后发生局部血肿3例,皮下淤血10例,无感染及其他并发症,皮肤切口无明显切口瘢痕。乳腺良性肿瘤3~6个月超声复查均未见复发。结论 Encor微创旋切系统对乳腺病灶切除活检效果良好,联合超声BI-RADS分级能准确评价乳腺病灶的性质。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the value of Encor Biopsy System and Breast Imaging Reporting and Data System- ultrasound(BI- RADS- US) assessment in diagnosis of breast lesion.Methods Clinical data and BI- RADS- US categories of 82 patients with breast lesion that received Encor biopsy in our hospital from September 2009 to December 2010were analyzed retrospectively.Results All the breast lesion of patients were successfully resected by Encor Biopsy System.Of all 82 cases,3 cases were breast cancer,71 cases were fibroadenoma,3 cases were intraductal papilloma,5 cases were fibroadenosis.According to BI-RADS- US,10 cases were BI- RADS 2,48 cases were BI- RADS 3,22 cases were BI-RADS 4,2 cases were BI- RADS 5.There was no breast cancer in BI- RADS 2 and BI- RADS 3.2 casesof BI- RADS 4(9.1%) and 1 case of BI- RADS 5(50.0%) were confirmed to be breast cancer.Only 3 cases had the complication of hematoma and 10 cases had skin ecchymosis.No recurrence was found in patients with benign lesion after a follow- up of 3 to6 months.Conclusion Ultrasound Guided Encor Biopsy System can be applied effectively for the excision of breast lesion and BI- RADS- US can give useful information for the diagnosis of breast lesion.
