川楝子化学成分研究(Ⅲ)
Study on the Chemical Constituents from Fructus Toosendan(Ⅲ)
【摘要】 目的:研究川楝子的化学成分。方法:采用了各种层析分离技术进行分离纯化,经理化常数和光谱解析确定结构。结果:从中分离得到10个化合物,分别鉴定为:正三十一烷(Ⅰ)、正二十八烷醇(Ⅱ)、硬脂酸(Ⅲ)、亚油酸(Ⅳ)、异香草醛(Ⅴ)、香草醛(Ⅵ)、香草酸(Ⅶ)、印楝醛(Ⅷ)、琥珀酸(Ⅸ)、高北美圣草素(Ⅹ)。结论:其中,化合物Ⅴ、Ⅷ、Ⅸ、Ⅹ为首次从该属植物中分离得到,化合物Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
【Abstract】 Objective: To study the chemical constituents from Fructus Toosendan.Methods: Isolation and identification were carried out by using various chromatography techniques and spectral methods.Results: Ten compounds were isolated and identified as n-Hentriacontane(Ⅰ),Octacosyl alcohol(Ⅱ),Stearic acid(Ⅲ),Linoleic acid(Ⅳ),Isovanillin(Ⅴ),Vanillin(Ⅵ),Vanillic acid(Ⅶ),Ohchinal(Ⅷ),Succinic acid(Ⅸ)and Homoeriodictyol(Ⅹ).Conclusion: Compounds Ⅴ,Ⅷ,Ⅸ,Ⅹ are isolated from this genus and compounds Ⅰ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ are obtained from this plant for the first time.
