【摘要】 目的:观察益气活血汤治疗缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法:治疗组63例与对照组63例均用西医常规治疗,治疗组另用益气活血汤,共治疗15天。结果:总有效率治疗组82.54%、对照组60.31%,两组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:益气活血汤可改善血液循环、扩张外周血管、增加脑血流量、抗血栓形成,具有明显临床疗效,且毒副反应小。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect on cerebral arterial thrombosis treated by Supplement Qi for Activating Blood Circulation Decoction.Method:63 cases of the study group and 63 cases of the control group were treated with normal therapy of western medicine.The study group was treated with Supplement Qi for Activating Blood Circulation Decoction additionally.They were treated for 15 days.Result:The total effective rate of the study group was 87.3% while that of the control group was 60.3%.There was significant difference betweent the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Supplement Qi for Activating Blood Circulation Decoction has obvious clinical therapeutic effect by improving the blood circulation,expanding peripheral vessels,increasing cerebral blood flood and anti-thrombogenesis with less toxic and adverse effect.更多还原
