【摘要】 目的:探讨艾灸治疗寒凝血瘀证模型大鼠的活血化瘀作用机制。方法:将健康雄性SD大鼠84只随机分为12组(对照组A、B组,模型A、B组,艾灸膈俞、血海、委中、丘墟A、B组),每组各7只。用低温冷冻法建立大鼠寒凝血瘀证模型,艾灸A组于造模成功次日上午治疗1次,艾灸B组于造模成功次日上午起开始治疗、每天治疗1次、共5次,每次灸5壮。治疗完成日上午腹主动脉取血2mL,检测内皮素、一氧化氮。结果:膈俞、血海的活血化瘀作用是通过降低ET、升高NO实现的,委中、丘墟的活血化瘀作用是通过降低ET实现的。结论:艾灸膈俞、血海、委中、丘墟有活血化瘀作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis function mechanism of moxibustion in treating syndrome of congealing cold with blood stasis model rats.Method:84 healthy male SD rats were randomly divided into 12 groups,which were control A group,control B group,model A group,model B group,moxibustion on Geshu A group,moxibustion on Xuehai A group,moxibustion on Weizhong A group,moxibustion on Qiuxu A group and moxibustion on Geshu B group,moxibustion on Xuehai B group,moxibustion on Weizhong B group,moxibustion on Qiuxu B group.There were 7 rats in each group.The model of syndrome of congealing cold with blood stasis rats was built with freezing method.Moxibustion on points A groups were treated for only one time in the next morning after successful modeling while moxibustion on points B groups were treated for five times from the next morning after successful modeling,once a day and 5 moxa cones each time.At the next day after the treatment completed,2 mL blood was drawn from abdominal aorta for examination of ET and NO.Result:The promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis function of the points Geshu and Xuehai was reacted by decreasing ET and increasing NO while that of the points Weizhong and Qiuxu was reacted by decreasing ET.Conclusion:Moxibustion on the points Geshu,Xuehai,Weizhong and Qiuxu has promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis function.更多还原
