【摘要】 目的:探讨补肾西药联合金匮肾气丸治疗代谢综合征(MS)所致慢性肾脏疾病(CKD)肾损害及胰岛素抵抗的效果。方法:120例随机分为对照组和治疗组各60例,两组均用西药治疗,治疗组同时加用金匮肾气丸,12周为一疗程,共2个疗程。观察治疗前后尿白蛋白?尿肌酐(ACR),内生肌酐清除率(Ccr)及胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、血脂等指标的变化。结果:治疗组与对照组ACR、CRP、HOMA-IR比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),HDL、LDL差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:金匮肾气丸可改善肾损害实验室指标,改善胰岛素抵抗,减轻体内炎性反应,改善脂代谢异常。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate kidney-nourishing therapy of patients with CKD induced by MS on renal injury and insulin resistance.Method:Hospital inpatients and outpatients were accepted in Fifth People’s Hospital of Chengdu from July 1,2008 to July 1,2010,and they were randomly divided into control group and treatment group on the basis of western medicine.In the treatment group,Jinkui Shenqi Pill were added on the basis of western medicine treatment,12 weeks a course of treatment.Before and after treatment of urinary albumin / urinary creatinine(ACR),and creatinine clearance rate(Ccr) and insulin resistance index(HOMA-IR),C-reactive protein(CRP),lipids were evaluated respectively.Results:Compared before and after treatment ACR、CRPand HOMA-IR(P<0.05)were decreased significantly,HDL LDL were not statistically significant.Conclusion:Kidney-nourishing therapy can improve the laboratory indicators of renal injury or insulin resistance,reduce the inflammatory response in vivo,ameliorate disorder of lipid metabolism.更多还原
