【摘要】 目的探讨经直肠直视下俯卧位前列腺穿刺活检的简便方法。方法采用改良的俯卧位前列腺直视下穿刺法,利用痔上黏膜环形缝扎器(PPH)套件中的部分组件,包括环形肛管扩张器(CAD33)及镜芯、肛镜缝扎器(PSA33),对22例患者行前列腺穿刺活检,观察穿刺效果。结果该方法可直视,简便易行,穿刺深度和方向易控制。患者体位舒适,耐受适应好,无严重并发症的发生。结论经直肠前列腺直视下俯卧位前列腺穿刺活检的方法简便,值得推广。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To probe the convenient method of prostate puncture biopsy under transrectal direct vision of prostate with the dual-prone position.Methods By use of circular suturing device mucosa(PPH)package components,including the circular anal dilator(CAD33),mirror movements and anal suturing mirror device(PSA33),improved puncture method under transrectal direct vision of prostate with the dual-prone position was utilized for prostate puncture biopsy in 22 patients and the efficiency was evaluated.Results Improved puncture method can be operate under direct vision of prostate and is easy and feasible to control the depth and direction.Patients are in comfortable position and have good tolerance.No serious complications occurred.Conclusion The improved method of prostate puncture biopsy under transrectal direct vision of prostate with the dual-prone position is simple and worth promoting in clinic.更多还原
