【摘要】 目的对我院近十年激光祛纹身治疗的疗效进行回顾性研究。方法将这些病例根据纹刺时间长短分类,分为≥10年的纹身和<10年的纹身,并比较了纹身的特点,激光祛除纹身的疗效。结果激光祛纹身的疗效与纹身的颜色、染料成分、纹刺的深浅等因素有关,≥10年1次激光祛纹身术后有效率与<10年有效率两者比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);≥10年和<10年激光治疗4次后有效率比较,差异也均有统计学意义(P<0.05);≥10年和<10年激光治疗色素沉着副反应发生率比较,差异也均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论现在的纹身虽然越来越美观,但激光祛除的难度增大,治疗次数增多。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the efficacy of laser on tattoos removal in our hospital in recent ten years.Methods These cases were divided into two groups: more than ten years of tattoos and less than ten years of tattoos.And the characteristics and efficacy of these tattoos were analyzed and compared after treatment.Results The efficacy of laser tattoos removal was closely related to the tattoos color,dye composition,the depth of tattooa and other factors.There was significant difference between the two groups in the effective rate after four times of laser tattoos removal treatment(P<0.05) and in the incidence of side effects such as pigmentation(P<0.05).Conclusion With the production of more and more beautiful tattoos,its removal by laser has become more difficult,and there is a strong need to increase the number of treatment sessions.更多还原
