【摘要】 目的:分析癌症疲乏量表(CFS)中文版的信度和效度。方法:通过正向翻译、综合、回译、专家评议和预调查5个步骤对CFS进行跨文化调适,修订成中文版。采用方便取样,对187名癌症患者施测CFS中文版进行项目分析、内部一致性检验、探索性因素分析和癌因性疲乏总体状况分析。1周后对其中42名患者重测CFS中文版,评价重测信度。结果:量表共15个条目,包括躯体、情感和认知3个维度。各维度与总量表的内部一致性Cronbachα系数在0.63～0.86,重测信度为0.55～0.77。探索性因素分析得到3个因素,共解释了59.04%的累计方差贡献率,各条目载荷均>0.40。结论:癌症疲乏量表中文版具有较好的信度和效度,符合心理测量学要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives: To evaluate the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of Cancer Fatigue Scale(CFS).Methods: After the translation,synthesis,back translation,expert committee review,and pretesting processes,the CFS was revised into a Chinese version(CFS-C).Totally 200 Chinese cancer patients completed CFS-C initally and 42 of them were investigated a week later to evaluate the test-retest reliability.Results:The CFS-C comprised 15 items and reflected 3 dimentions of physical,emotional and cognitive fatigue.The internal consistency reliability evaluated by Cronbach’ a was 0.63-0.86 for the three subscales and the whole scale.The test-retest reliability was from 0.55 to 0.77.Factor analysis displayed good construction of the CFS-C.Conclusion: The Chinese version of Cancer Fatigue Scale(CFS) has good reliability and validity,meeting psychometric criteria.更多还原
