【摘要】 [目的]观察熊去氧胆酸(UDCA)联合消炎利胆片治疗内镜下逆行胰胆管造影胆管取石(ERCP)术后胆总管残存结石的疗效及机制。[方法]选取2003～2007住院的胆总管结石患者120例,随机分成2组,各60例。2组均行ERCP,术后第2天治疗组患者均口服熊去氧胆酸,常规用量250mg/次,3次/d,消炎利胆片6片/次,3次/d,疗程4周。对照组不予相应治疗。2组皆于术后第1周和第4周行B超检查,记录结石的大小及数目。[结果]治疗组和对照组胆总管结石治愈好转率分别为95.0%、81.7%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。[结论]熊去氧胆酸联合消炎利胆片是治疗ERCP术后胆总管残存结石的有效方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the efficacy of Ursodeoxycholic acid(UA)and Xiaoyanlidan pill(XP)in the residual billiary stones after ERCP. [Methods]One hundred and twenty patients were randomly divided into two groups:treatment group and control group,sixty cases in each group.The treatment group was treated with UA and XP after ERCP,while the control group not. [Results]Efficacy in the treatment group and the control group was 95.0% and 81.7% respectively(P<0.05).
