可逆冷轧机过程自动化系统的研发
Research and development of process automation system for reversible cold rolling mill
【摘要】 针对高精度现代冷轧带钢生产需求,提出了基于.NET平台的可逆冷轧机过程自动化系统框架开发,介绍了系统的软硬件构成和功能;根据可逆冷轧机过程自动化系统的实际工作过程,阐述了基于人工智能算法的轧制力预报和自学习算法、轧制道次分配及其优化算法,通过优化过程参数可提高生产效率和产品质量。
【Abstract】 For the demand of modern high-accuracy cold-rolling strip production,a process automation system(PAS) framework based on the.NET platform is proposed.The structural and functional design of PAS is elaborated in this paper.Furthermore,according to the actual requirements of PAS,the rolling force prediction method with self-learning capability and pass allocation strategies with optimization algorithms based on artificial intelligence are analyzed,so that the productivity and product quality can be improved by process parameter optimization.
