【摘要】 国际研究发现,公民社会、政府、市场、国际援助等四个方面的驱动因素可能影响社会企业在组织目标、活动领域、组织类型、法律框架、社会部门、战略发展基础等六方面的特征。由于不同国家在这四个分析维度上的社会经济背景存在显著差异,社会企业的发展路径也各不相同。在已有研究基础上,文章以国际比较为视角,为探究政府部门、公民社会、市场部门、国际机构对社会企业发展路径的影响建立了分析框架,同时,利用大量经验数据重点分析了政府资助与补贴、企业社会责任、跨部门合作、社会投资、支持服务体系等因素对中国社会企业发展所产生的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 International literatures show that some driving forces from civil society,government,market and international aids,have affected the characters of social enterprises on the many facets such as their organization objects,activity fields,organization types,law framework,social sector and strategic development basis.Because of different social and economic backgrounds,there are different development paths of social enterprises.From an international comparative perspective,the paper sets up an analytical framework to explore the effect of government,civil society,market and international organizations on development path of social enterprise in China.Using abundant empirical data,the authors examine how state grants and subsidies,corporate social responsibility,cross-sector engagement,social investment,supportive service system affect the development of social enterprise in China.更多还原
