【摘要】 自由的概念与能动性的约束之间是相互兼容的。在相容论的框架下,信念、欲望和行动的响应依赖特征,最终要求一个相应的责任概念。理解了人类能动性的受约束特征,就有必要采取彼此相兼容的自由概念和责任概念。对有约束的能动性思想的接受,以及对与此相应的行动自由概念的接受,最终也要求我们拒斥伯林那种对政治自由概念的流行一时、但纯属虚构的"二分法"式理解。更多还原

【Abstract】 It should be possible if we try to reconcile the concept of freedom and the thought on constraints of agency.We somehow can understand the attributability of moral responsibility in terms of responsive-depend.This understanding entails a point that there would be some instinct constraint on free agency.From this viewpoint,we would have to reject to the dichotomy between negative and positive freedom raised by Isaiah Berlin.更多还原
