【摘要】 目的随访佛山地区应用重组人生长激素治疗的矮小儿童62例,探讨其应用rhGH时的病因、应用时间、疗效、副作用情况。方法对已应用rhGH的62例不同原因矮小儿童,采用统一的调查表,通过患者信息登记表获取患者资料进行随访。随访内容包括:应用rhGH的病因、应用时间、疗效、副作用情况。结果使用生长激素的病因复杂;用药时间多在12个月以内,占全部患儿的48.7%;且在治疗的前6个月生长速度明显快于后6个月。结论 rhGH治疗副作用小,促进患儿的生长发育,提高患儿最终身高。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]According to the follow-up of 62 children who have taken rhGH for short stature in Foshan, to discuss the cause of disease,the application time,the curative effect and side effect of rhGH.[Methods] With unified investigation table,the follow-up information of 62 children took rhGH for short stature,which included the reason of using rhGH,lasting time,curative effect and side effect of administration,were collected.[Results] Children with short stature used rhGH for many reasons.Patients with 12 months administration accounted 48.7%, with a obviously quicker growth in first 6 months compared with that in latter 6 months.[Conclusion]rhGH has a great curative effect and a poor side effect for short stature.更多还原
