【摘要】 目的通过检测宫颈上皮内瘤变(cervical intraepithelial neoplasia,CIN)和宫颈鳞癌(cervical squa-mous cell cancinomas)中胰岛素样生长因子Ⅱ(insulin-like growth factor-Ⅱ,IGF-Ⅱ)及血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelial cell growth factor,VEGF)的表达情况,分析两者的相关性。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法检测37例宫颈鳞癌、30例CINⅢ、31例CINⅠ、Ⅱ、30例正常宫颈组织的石蜡切片中IGF-Ⅱ和VEGF的表达情况。结果①IGF-Ⅱ在正常宫颈组织、CINⅠ、Ⅱ、CINⅢ及宫颈鳞癌中的阳性表达率分别为10.00%、38.71%、73.33%和94.59%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②VEGF蛋白在正常宫颈组织CINⅠ、Ⅱ、CINⅢ及宫颈鳞癌中的阳性表达率分别为6.67%、29.03%、66.67%和83.8%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。③经Spearman等级相关分析显示,宫颈病变中IGF-Ⅱ和VEGF阳性表达呈正相关(rs=0.915,P=0.000,P<0.05)。结论①随着宫颈病变由CINⅠ、Ⅱ至CINⅢ、宫颈鳞癌的进展,IGF-Ⅱ和VEGF蛋白的阳性表达率均呈上升趋势。②宫颈病变中IGF-Ⅱ与VEGF蛋白的阳性表达成正相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To investigate the significance of insulin-like growth factor-Ⅱ(IGF-Ⅱ) and its correlation with angiogenesis in precancerosis and cervical squamous cell carcinomas by detecting the expression of IGF-Ⅱ and vascular endothelia cell growth factor(VEGF) in cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) and cervical squamous cell carcinomas.【Methods】 Immunohistochemical S-P method were used to detect the expression of IGF-Ⅱ and VEGF in paraffin-embedded specimens of 37 cases cervical squamous cell carcinomas,30 cases CIN Ⅲ,31 cases of CINⅠ~Ⅱ and 30 cases of normal cervical tissue.【Results】 The positive percentage of expressions of IGF-Ⅱ in normal cervical tissue,CINⅠ~Ⅱ,CINⅢ and cervical squamous cell cancer were 10%,38.7%,respectively,73.33% and 94.59%,(P <0.05).The positive percentage of expressions of VEGF in normal cervical tissue,CINⅠ~Ⅱ,CINⅢ and cervical squamous cell cancer were 6.67%,29.03%,66.67% and 83.80%,(P <0.05).The expression of IGF-Ⅱ had positive correlation with the VEGF by Spearman rank correlation test(rs=0.965,P <0.05).【Conclusion】 The positive expression rate of protein of IGF-Ⅱ and VEGF showed tendency of ascensus with the progression of cervical lesions.The expression of IGF-Ⅱ had positive correlation with the VEGF in cervical lesions.更多还原
