【摘要】 目的通过神经电生理检查来观察、评定马栗种子提取物治疗特发性面神经麻痹的疗效。方法将66例患者分成对照组和治疗组,分别给予常规治疗和常规加马栗种子提取物治疗,通过神经电生理检查神经传导速度测定评定两组疗效。结果马栗种子提取物组分别于治疗0.5个月和1.0个月时神经传导速度与对照组比较(P<0.05)有统计学意义,马栗种子提取物组疗效好于对照组。结论马栗种子提取物结合常规方法治疗特发性面神经麻痹疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To observe the effect of horse chestnut seed combined with conventional therapy in treating the patients with the facial paralysis.【Methods】 66 patients were divided into control group and treatment group which were given conventional treatment and conventional treatment combined with horse chestnut seed respectively.The therapeutic effect was assessed through nerve conduction velocity which was checked by the nerve electrophysiological examination.【Results】 There was statistical significance in the treatment group when we compared the nerve conduction velocity in the treatment group with that in control group after half a month and one month.The healing effect in horse chestnut seed group was more effective than that in control group.【Conclusion】 The effect is more significant when we combined horse chestnut seed with conventional methods to treat facial paralysis.更多还原
