【摘要】 目的研究补骨脂注射液联合复方氟米松软膏治疗成人寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法将80例寻常型银屑病患者随机分为补骨脂组和联合组,每组各40例,补骨脂组肌注补骨脂注射液;联合组肌注补骨脂注射液和外用复方氟米松软膏,4周判定疗效。结果补骨脂组治疗前后的PASI评分为(12.37±4.71)和(4.16±0.91),联合组为(13.21±5.17)和(2.53±0.99),两组治疗后评分差异均有显著性(均P<0.001);补骨脂组有效率为57.50%,联合组有效率为82.50%,两组有效率差异有显著性(P<0.05);2组均无严重不良反应。结论补骨脂注射液联合复方氟米松软膏治疗寻常型银屑病优于单用补骨脂注射液,且不良反应少。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To observe the efficacy of psoralen injection combined with compound flumetasone ointment in the treatment of adult psoriasis vulgaris.【Methods】 A randomized,parallel comparative clinical observation was performed in 80 adult patients with psoriasis vulgaris.They were divided into two groups.The Psoralen group of 40 cases was treated with psoralen injection.The combination group of 40 cases was treated with psoralen injection and compound flumetasone ointment.【Results】 The PASI grades of the combination group were 13.21±5.17,before the treatment and 2.53±0.99 after the treatment(P <0.001),and 12.37±4.71/4.16±0.91(P <0.001) in the psoralen group.The total effective rate of the combination group was 82.50% and 57.50% in the psoralen group.There was a significant difference between the two groups’ total effective rate(P <0.05).【Conclusion】 Psoralen injection combined with compound flumetasone ointment is more effective and less side effect than psoralen injection only in the treatment of adult psoriasis vulgaris.更多还原
