血尿酸与老年糖尿病动脉粥样硬化的关系

【摘要】 目的探讨老年2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者血清尿酸水平与颈动脉粥样硬化的相关性。方法将老年T2DM患者85例,按是否有颈动脉粥样硬化分为颈动脉粥样硬化组和非颈动脉粥样硬化组,对患者尿酸、性别、年龄、病程、体重指数、血压、空腹血糖、空腹胰岛素、血清胆固醇和三酰甘油等动脉粥样硬化危险因素进行多变量分析。结果老年T2DM合并动脉粥样硬化组血清尿酸水平为(378.25±83.61)μmol/L明显高于非动脉粥样硬化组(285.78±79.36)μmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。动脉粥样硬化组年龄、病程、收缩压、空腹胰岛素、Ln(HOMA-IR)和Ln ISI均高于非动脉粥样硬化组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Logistic回归分析表明血清尿酸水平、年龄,病程、收缩压、Ln(HOMA-IR)、Ln ISI是T2DM患者颈动脉粥样硬化的危险因素。结论尿酸水平与老年T2DM患者颈动脉粥样硬化独立相关。

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To investigate the relationship between uric acid concentration and carotid atherosclerosis in elderly patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).【Method】 85 cases of the senile diabetes mellitus with or without carotid atherosclerosis were selected.Uric acid and other T2DM risk factors,including gender,age,T2DM duration,body-mass index(BMI),free blood glucose(FBG),fasting insulin(FINS),systolic blood pressure(SBP),diastolic blood pressure(DBP),serum cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride(TG)were analyzed.【Result】 In logistic regression analysis of carotid atherosclerosis,the level of uric acid in the carotid atherosclerosis group was higher than that in the non-carotid atherosclerosis group,there was significant difference(P <0.05).Uric acid,together with age,T2DM duration,SBP,Ln(HOMA-IR) and Ln ISI was associated with carotid atherosclerosis in elderly patients with T2DM.【Conclusion】 Uric acid is an independent factor in senile diabetes mellitus with carotid atherosclerosis.
