远缘链球菌对钴铬合金腐蚀行为的影响
Effect of streptococcus sobrinus on corrosion resistance of Co-Cr alloy
【摘要】 目的比较钴铬合金在有无远缘链球菌存在的人工唾液中受腐蚀后合金钴离子的析出情况。方法将钴铬合金试件各1片分别置于装有人工唾液的培养瓶中,随机选取4瓶,加入远缘链球菌悬液作为实验组。其余4瓶作为对照。培养瓶置于37℃厌氧培养箱内培养。分别于4、8和12周时取出合金浸泡液,送实验室检测混悬液中是否含钴离子。分析合金试件浸泡前后重量。用SPSS 11.0软件包对失重量数据进行重复测量设计方差分析。结果 Co-Cr合金材料试件实验组在浸泡后光泽变暗,颜色加深变暗速度较对照组明显加快;Co-Cr合金材料试件实验组、对照组(8周)、(12周)被腐蚀后失重程度差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论远缘链球菌对钴铬合金表面有明显的腐蚀作用,并有随时间递增趋势。
【Abstract】 【Objective】 To study the effect of streptococcus sobrinus on corrosion resistance of Co-Cr alloy specimen in which are encapsulated with stainless steel artificial saliva.【Methods】 A Co-Cr alloy specimen was put in one culture flask,which was filled with artificial saliva.streptococcus sobrinus suspension was added into the 4 flasks of them.The others were used as control with addition of PBS.The culture flasks were cultivated in incubator(37℃).Suspension was dislodged from each flask at the 4th,8th and 12th week.The quantity of Co2+ was detected.The weight of alloy samples before and after the soak were measured.ANOVA of repeated measurement data was performed with SPSS 11.0 software package.【Results】 The Co-Cr alloy specimen had dim luster after immersion,and the color darkened significantly faster than the control group(8th,12th weeks),the degree of weight lost has significantly difference.【Conclusions】 The streptococcus sobrinus destroys the corrosion resistance of Co-Cr alloy,and its actions increase with time.
