【摘要】 目的总结睾丸扭转的诊断与治疗方法,提高睾丸扭转的诊治水平。方法回顾性分析27例睾丸扭转患者的临床资料。27例患者中,左侧18例,右侧9例,确诊25例,误诊2例。结果对27例患者试行手术复位,成功2例,手术探查25例,10例成功保留睾丸,15例行睾丸切除。结论早期就诊与及时治疗是挽救睾丸及其功能的保证,详细地询问病史,细致的体格检查、彩色多普勒超声检查和及时的手术探查是挽救睾丸及其功能的关键。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To summarize the diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion ways to improve the diagnosis and treatment of testicular torsion.【Methods】A retrospective analysis of 27 cases of testicular torsion clinical data of patients: 27 patients,18 cases of left and right in 9 cases,25 cases diagnosed,misdi-agnosed 2 cases.【Results】The results of the trial 27 patients successfully treated with open reduction in 2 cases,surgical exploration in 25 cases,10 cases successfully retained testis,15 cases orchiectomy.【Conclu-sion】The early treatment and timely treatment is guaranteed to save the testicle and functions,through care-ful history taking and meticulous physical examination,color Doppler ultrasound examination and prompt sur-gical exploration is the key to save the testis and its function.更多还原
