【摘要】 目的探讨咀嚼口香糖对膀胱全切并尿流改道患者术后肠蠕动的影响。方法取2008年3月￣2009年5月间中南大学湘雅二医院泌尿外科收治的60例因膀胱癌行膀胱全切尿流改道手术的患者,随机将入组患者分入A组(口香糖咀嚼组)、B组空白(对照组)和C组(安慰剂对照组)。口香糖咀嚼组患者从术后第1天起即开始咀嚼口香糖,安慰剂对照组采用按摩腹部的方法作对照,空白对照组则采用术后常规治疗。记录患者术后恢复肛门排气时间、住院时间长短及肠道相关并发症等进行对比。结果口香糖咀嚼组患者术后肠蠕动恢复时间相对于非口香糖咀嚼组、按摩腹部组均提前。3组间平均住院日、肠道相关并发症差异没有显著性。口香糖咀嚼医嘱依从性好。结论咀嚼口香糖可以促进根治性膀胱切除并尿流改道患者手术后肠蠕动的恢复,且方法简便安全,可以作为术后辅助治疗。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To analyze the effect of gum chewing to bowel motility in patients after radical cystectomy with urinary diversion.【Methods】 60 patients underwent radical cystectomy and urinary diversion for clinically localized bladder cancer were randomized into 3 groups,those in group A were given chewing gum start from postoperative day 1;those in group B(control group) were not given;those in group C(placebo group) were asked to massage stomach.Time to flatus,time to bowel movement,length of hospital stay,and complications of all patients were recorded.【Result】 There were a significant shorten of time on bowel motility in group B compared with group A and C.There were no significant difference in length of hospitalstay among 3 groups.Gum chewing was well tolerated in all patients.【Conclusions】 Gum chewing may speed the recovery of bowel function after cystectomy and urinary diversion.更多还原
