【摘要】 目的探讨抑癌基因磷脂酶C-δ1(PLCδ1)在膀胱移行上皮细胞癌(BTCC)中的表达及临床意义。方法采用RT-PCR法检测56例膀胱移行上皮细胞癌组织和15例非肿瘤膀胱组织中基因PLCδ1的表达情况。结果 56例膀胱移行细胞癌组织中PLCδ1的表达缺失率是58.9%(33/56),15例非肿瘤膀胱组织全部表达PLCδ1(P<0.05);其表达异常与BTCC组织淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),而与年龄、性别、病理分级、临床分期和肿瘤数目无关。结论 PLCδ1基因的表达异常可能在膀胱移行细胞癌的发生、发展及预后中起重要作用,PLCδ1可作为反映膀胱移行细胞癌生物学行为的指标之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To study the expression of the tumor suppressor gene PLCδ1(phospholipase C-δ1) in transitional cell carcinoma of the bladder(BTCC) and its effect.【Method】 RT-PCR was used to determine the expression of PLCδ1 in 56 cases of BTCC and 15 cases of normal bladder tissues(control).【Result】 Absent expression of PLCδ1 was detected in 33 of 56(58.9%,P <0.05) BTCCs,expression of PLCδ1 was detected in all 15 normal bladder tissues.Frequency of absent PLCδ1 expression was significantly higher in BTCCs with lymph node metastasis than that in BTCCs without metastasis(P <0.05).No significant association was observed between down-regulation of PLCδ1 and other clinical pathologic variables.【Conclusion】 It is indicated that the abnormal down-regulation expression of PLCδ1 gene may play a significant role in the malignant progression and prognosis of BTCC.PLCδ1 might be a marker of reflecting the biologic behavior of BTCC.更多还原
