【摘要】 目的分析探讨重度妊娠期高血压疾病并发脑出血的临床特点和防治规律。方法对2000～2008年该院收治的重度妊娠期高血压疾病并发脑出血的15例临床病例资料进行回顾性分析。结果 15例重度妊娠期高血压疾病并发脑出血患者均无作系统产前检查、治疗;头痛、呕吐并抽搐、意识障碍、肢体乏力为主要症状;头颅CT或MRI检查后可确诊;及时终止妊娠(剖宫产),积极治疗妊娠期高血压疾病配以神经内、外科治疗为主要措施;产妇2例死亡,胎儿12例存活。结论预防妊娠期高血压疾病并发脑出血的主要措施是产前定期系统检查,发现可疑病例及早头颅CT或MRI检查,明确诊断后及时终止妊娠,积极治疗妊娠期高血压疾病及其他相应治疗,减低胎儿及孕妇死亡率。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To analyze the clinical characteristics and prevention and cure method for the patients with severe pregnancy induced hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage disease.【Methods】 The clinical data of 15 pregnant womem with severe pregnancy induced hypertension complicated with cerebral hemorrhage disease in our hospital from 2000 to 2008 were retrospectively analyzed.【Results】 Systematically prenatal check-up and treatments were not been given to the 15 patients with pregnancy-induced severe hypertension and cerebral hemorrhage complication in general.The patients showed the symptoms of convulsion,headache,emesia,obstacle in consciousness and debility.Diagnosismaybe confirmed by CT or MRI inspection of the cephalia.After the in-time adoption of caesarean birth and related medical treatment,foeta in 12 cases survived and two puerperant died.【Conclusions】 Regular systematically prenatal checd-up is the main precaution to prevent pregnancy-induced hypertension and cerebral hemorrhage disease complication.Take CT or MRI inspection as early as possible if questionable symptoms are detected.Terminate the pregnancy on time if diagnosis is confirmed.Give acive treatment to pregnancy-induced hypertension with related internal medical treatments is to reduce the death rate of the foeta and the puerperants.更多还原
