【摘要】 目的探讨B超引导下可调控套管腹腔灌洗在重症急性胰腺炎治疗的安全性及疗效。方法对21例重症急性胰腺炎患者除采用常规非手术综合治疗外均行B超引导下可调控套管腹腔灌洗。结果该组21例患者中,治愈18例,死亡3例,治愈率为85.7%。全组患者均无导管脱落、腹腔空腔脏器损伤等并发症。结论 B超引导下可调控套管腹腔透析液腹腔灌洗治疗重症急性胰腺炎安全有效,为重症急性胰腺炎治疗方法的一种新的探索。更多还原

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To evaluate the clinical effect and safety of ultrasound-guided peritoneal lavage therapy for severe acute pancreatitis through adjustable trocar.【Methods】 21 patients diagnosed as severe acute pancreatitis were treated with ultrasound-guided peritoneal lavage through adjustable trocar besides common non-operative synthesis management.【Result】 18 of 21 patients were cured successfully,the clinical cure rate was 85.7%,3 patients dead.No patients experienced detachment of tube and complications such as virtual injury of abdominal organs.【Conclusion】 Ultrasound-guided peritoneal lavage therapy for severe acute severe acute pancreatitis through adjustable trocar is an effective and safety procedure,it is a new method to exploit the therapy for severe acute pancreatitis.更多还原
