荞麦花叶总黄酮对糖尿病大鼠心脏的结构功能和心肌组织TNF-α含量的影响

【摘要】 目的观察荞麦花叶总黄酮(TFBFL)对链脲佐菌素(STZ)加脂肪乳诱导的糖尿病大鼠心肌的保护作用,探讨其可能机制。方法采用STZ腹腔注射加脂肪乳灌胃诱导大鼠糖尿病动物模型。观察TFBFL治疗前后心脏结构和功能的变化,检测心肌组织TNF-α的含量。结果 TFBFL改善了糖尿病大鼠心脏左心室的结构和功能,降低了心肌组织中TNF-α的含量。结论 TFBFL可改善糖尿病心肌病大鼠左心室功能,具有心肌保护作用。

【Abstract】 【Objective】 To observe the protective effects of total flavones of buckwheat flower and leaf(TFBFL) on the myocardial of T2DM rats,and to investigate its mechanism.【Methods】 T2DM rats was induced by intraperitoneal injection of streptozotocin and gastric lipid emulsion administration.The construction and function of heart,the content of TNF-α in myocardial were compared before and after TFBFL administration.【Results】 The left ventricular construction and function were improved and the TNF-α content decreased in myocardial in diabetic rats after TFBFL administration.【Conclusion】 TFBFL improves the left ventricular function and protects the myocardial in diabetic rats.
