【摘要】 目的探讨Morgagni疝的CT表现特征、鉴别诊断及CT对制定手术方案的价值。方法回顾性分析1例Morgagni疝的诊治过程,并复习文献。结果 CT显示肿块呈脂肪密度,位于胸骨后心膈角区,其间见含气扩张的肠管及弯曲条状血管影,膈上肠管向下延续并通过一狭颈即疝囊颈部与膈下肠管相连,疝囊颈部大小、形态清晰可见,呈"项圈"征,颈部肠管聚拢、缩窄呈"束腰"征。手术所见疝孔大小与CT显示一致。结论 Morgagni疝的CT表现具有一定特异性,非含气肿块需与纵隔其他肿块鉴别,CT检查有助于明确疝孔大小、疝内容物及相关并发症,对制定手术方案具有重要价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the CT imaging features,and the differential diagnosis of Morgagni’s Hernia(MH),and to explore the value of CT diagnosis for the scheme of surgical treatment.Methods The diagnosis and treatment of a patient with MH were analyzed retrospectively,and the literature was reviewed.Results CT revealed a fat density mass with omental blood vessels and dilated bowel with gas in the cardiophrenic angle of the retrosternal space,the bowel above and below the diaphragm was contiguous through the neck of hernial sac,the shape and size of the foramen of Morgagni were visible in CT imaging,CT showed the "collar sign".The narrow bowel of the neck of hernial sac gathered,the size of the foramen was the same in CT imaging and surgery.Conclusion There are special signs in CT imaging of MH,the mass with no gas should be different from the others,CT can help to display the shape and size of the foramen of Morgagni,hernia contents and associated complications,and has an important value for the scheme of surgical treatment.更多还原
