【摘要】 目的探讨高敏C反应蛋白(hsCRP)与2型糖尿病(T2DM)血管舒张功能的关系。方法用免疫比浊法测定hsCRP水平,用超声检测血管内径的变化。结果 T2DM伴亚临床动脉粥样硬化(SAS)与不伴SAS组血流介导的肱动脉内径变化率均显著低于正常对照组(P<0.05);hsCRP水平与血流介导的肱动脉内径变化率成显著负相关(P<0.05)。结论血浆hsCRP水平与T2DM患者内皮依赖性血管舒张功能呈显著负相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the association of hsCRP with the endothelial dependent vasodilatation function in T2DMpatients.Methods Compared the level of hsCRP and endothelial dependent vasodilatation in T2DM patients with or without subclinical atherosclerosis(SAS).Results It was showed significant difference of percentage of diameter change of reactive hyperemia in three groups,percentage of diameterchange of reactive hyperemia in diabetics was higher than that of control group(P<0·05).There were significantly negative correlation between hsCRP and percentage of diameter change of reactive hyperemia in T2DM(P< 0·05).Conclusion Our findings suggest a negative correlation between hsCRP and endothelial dependent vasolilatation function in T2DM.更多还原
