卫星定位的现代化通讯指挥调度系统在医疗急救中的应用

【摘要】 目的探讨卫星定位的现代化通讯指挥调度系统在医疗急救中的作用。方法对采用卫星定位的现代化通讯指挥调度系统前(2008年1～12月,对照组)、后(2009年1～12月,实验组)我市120急诊救治急危重症情况进行回顾性分析,对两组的救治总数、救治成功率、院内反应时间、出车到达现场的时间、从发出求救信号到到达现场的时间等指标进行对比。结果与对照组相比,实验组救治成功率明显提高;实验组院内反应时间、出车到达现场的时间、从发出求救信号到到达现场的时间均较对照组明显缩短,组间差异均具统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用卫星定位的现代化通讯指挥调度系统能缩短单位报警时间,提高急救接警效率和救治成功率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective Research on the function of Modern communication Command and Dispatch system in the course of medical first aid.Methods Comparing the differences of two sets of data,which including 120 cases of emergency treatment of the critical situation,one set is before using the system(2008,control group),another is after using(2009,experimental group).The contrast indicators about these data are treat-ment total number,cure rate,response time,car arrive time,time from sent a signal for help to arrive at the scene.Results Compared with control group,the experimental group’s cure rate is increased obviously,but the response time,car arrive time,and the time from sent a signal for help to arrive at the scene are shortened.Between-group differences are statistically significant(P< 0.05).Conclusion Using the satellite positioning of the modern communication Command and Dispatch can shorten the emergency unit alarm time,Improve the efficiency of the emergency and cure rate.更多还原
