【摘要】 目的:了解农村居民在乡镇卫生院就医的意愿以及其影响因素,为有效引导卫生资源合理利用提供政策依据。方法:采用多阶段分层随机抽样的方法,用自行设计的调查表进行资料收集,对2274份问卷进行统计分析。结果:从三个维度对居民的就医意愿进行评分,将就医意愿分为无意愿,中等意愿,较高意愿三组。对潜在影响因素的统计分析显示,居民的性别、文化程度、医疗保障形式、以及对乡镇卫生院的评价水平、乡镇卫生院与县级医院的距离比值,均会影响农村居民在乡镇卫生院的就医意愿。结论:需要通过合理的医疗保障形式设计,以及提升乡镇卫生院的各项考核指标来提升居民在乡镇卫生院的就医意愿。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To understand rural residents’ willingness of getting care in township hospitals and its influence factors,and to provide basis for policy making to effectively guide the rational use of health resources.Method: Randomly selected samples using stratified sampling method,surveyed with self-made questionnaire,and analyzed by SPSS16.0.Results: Graded the willingness from three dimensions.Found that the gender,education,health insurance,rates of the township health center,and distance of township hospital from county hospital all affect the willingness.Conclusion: The government should improve the willingness by designing reasonable health insurance and improving the assessment indicators of township hospitals.更多还原
