【摘要】 目的:了解、分析1997～2007年我国开发临床实践指南的影响力和时效性状况,为我国临床实践指南的发展提供参考意见与借鉴。方法:采用引文分析相关指标做为观察我国临床实践指南影响力的指标。对1997～2007年我国自主开发的143本临床实践指南,制定引文分析纳入标准,利用中国生物医学期刊引文数据库(CMCI)对指南进行引文分析。统计143本指南的更新次数和更新时间,计算平均更新间隔时间,以分析我国临床指南的时效性。结果:符合引文分析纳入标准的指南共有108本,经引文分析发现指南的平均被引率不低,但是各年即年指标很低,高被引指南和未被引指南的百分比都较高;只有少数指南进行了更新,已经进行了更新的指南平均更新间隔时间为5.2年。结论:我国临床指南的影响力尚可,但是参差不齐,指南利用很不及时;指南少有更新且多不及时,不能长时间保持有效性。因此应进一步推动我国临床实践指南的推广和指南的及时更新,使之更有效的指导临床实践。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the influence and timeliness of the clinical practice guidelines in China from 1997 to 2007,and provide reference for further development.Methods Indexes of citation analysis were used to analyze the influence of the clinical practice guidelines.143 cases of clinical practice guidelines developed in China from 1997 to 2007 were analyzed with Chinese Medical Citation Index(CMCI).The guidelines′ timeliness was analyzed by counting the time and frequency of being updated,and calculating their average interval of being updated.Results Of the 143 cases of clinical practice guidelines,108 cases met the including criterion.By citation analysis,it can be concluded that the average cited rate of the guidelines was not low.But the immediacy index in every year was very low.Both the percentage of guidelines been frequently cited and never been cited were high.Only few guidelines had been updated with an average updating interval of 5.2 years.Conclusion The clinical practice guidelines in China had some influence,but they were irregular and not been utilized in time.Most of them were not been updated timely,and didn′t have long-term effectiveness.The popularization and updating of clinical practice guidelines should be improved to help them conduct clinical practice.更多还原
