【Abstract】 Objective:Difficulty in down referral is the bottleneck of carrying out two -way referral.The down referral system is a complex health care system,which involves many subjects and needs cooperation.Constraining factors to down referral of two-way referral mode based on hospital groups were analyzed with theory of system dynamics.Based on which,the inner interaction mechanism of down referral was revealed,and decision support was obtained to implement down referral.更多还原
