【摘要】 文章以农村地区住院常见病分布特点为内容,探讨影响住院常见病分流的相关因素。依据本研究在对现场调查的住院疾病标准化分类后,由临床专家以"适宜"和"实际"为标准对病种是否适宜分流做出判断,结果显示,55种住院常见病有15种适宜分流到乡镇卫生院,考虑到乡镇卫生院的实际服务能力,现实条件下只有8种可以实现分流,15种适宜分流的疾病患者有近八成实际在县级医疗机构就诊。并且,适宜分流的住院常见病大都属于易诊易治疾病,如果没有有效的措施,这些病种将难以有效分流。更多还原

【Abstract】 Based on the distribution characteristics of inpatients′ common diseases in rural areas,influencing factors on them were explored.According to the standardized classification on inpatients′ diseases,judgment on whether it is appropriate to be distributed was obtained by clinical experts based on the standard of "suitability" and "practicality".The results showed that,of 55 kinds of inpatients′ common diseases,15 kinds of diseases should be treated in township hospitals.But considering township hospitals′ ability,only 8 kinds of diseases can be involved in practically.Nearly eighty percent of patients with these 15 kinds of diseases were actually treated by hospitals at county level.In addition,these common diseases are easy to be diagnosed and treated,which will be difficult to be reasonably referred without effective measures.更多还原
