原子荧光光谱法同时测定涉水管材中锑和锡
Synchronizing determination of Tin and antimony in soaked liquid of plastic pipes for water supply by atomic fluorescence spectrometry
【摘要】 目的:建立氢化物发生—原子荧光光谱法(AFS)同时测定涉水管材中锑和锡的方法。方法:优化仪器条件,比较不同还原剂效果,利用AFS法同时测定涉水管材中锑和锡。结果:采用本方法测定,锡的线性范围为0μg/L~10μg/L,γ=0.9992,DL=0.8507μg/L,回收率为102%,RSD为3.28%;锑的线性范围为0μg/L~10μg/L,γ=0.9993,DL=0.0424μg/L,回收率为95%,精密度(RSD%)为2.70%。结论:测定方法简单快捷,省时省力省试剂,结果准确,满足测定要求,值得在相关行业中推广。
【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a method for synchronizing determination of Tin and antimony in soaked liquid of Plastic Pipes for Water Supply by atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Methods: Through optimizing instruments conditions,comparing the effect of different reducers,and exploring the influence of the disturbing ions,the synchronizing determination of Tin and antimony in soaked liquid of Plastic Pipes for Water Supply is established by hydride generator atomic fluorescence spectrometry.Results: The linear calibration curve for Tin is within the range of 0 μg/L~10 μg/L,of which correlative coefficient is 0.9992,and for antimony is within the range of 0 μg/L~10 μg/L,of which correlative coefficient is 0.9993.The detection limits are 0.8507 μg/L for Tin and 0.0424 μg/L for antimony.The recovery rates of spiking standards for Tin and antimony are 102% and 95% respectively.The RSDs are 3.28% for Tin and 2.70% for antimony.Conclusion: The method is simple,accurate and rapid enough for synchronizing determination of Tin and antimony in soaked liquid of Plastic Pipes for Water Supply.
