【摘要】 目的:探讨CD4+T淋巴细胞内三磷酸腺苷(adenosine triphosphate,ATP)含量与膀胱癌术后复发的关系。方法:本研究采集67例膀胱癌患者(非复发53例,复发14例)及53名健康志愿者的外周血标本,用ImmuKnowTM免疫细胞功能测定试剂盒检测CD4+T淋巴细胞内ATP值。结果:健康对照组、非复发组、复发组的CD4+T淋巴细胞内ATP含量分别为(449±116)ng/ml(、298±101)ng/ml(、141±98)ng/ml;复发组和非复发组的CD4+T淋巴细胞内ATP值显著低于健康对照组(P<0.01),复发组的ATP含量显著低于非复发组(P<0.01),ATP值降低(<142ng/ml)时膀胱癌复发的风险增加。结论:CD4+T淋巴细胞内ATP含量与膀胱癌术后复发有良好相关性,监测膀胱癌术后患者的上述指标对评估其免疫状态、制定个体化治疗方案,预防复发具有良好的指导作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the relationship between the adenosine triphosphate(ATP) level in CD4+ T lymphocyte and the recurrence of bladder cancer after operation.Methods:ImmuKnowTM test kits were used to measure the ATP level in CD4+ T lymphocytes for immune cells function evaluation.ImmuKnowTM testing was performed in 67 cases who underwent operation of bladder cancer and 53 healthy people as the control group.The patients were further divided into no recurrence group(n=53) and recurrence group(n=14).Results:The ATP level within CD4+ T lymphocyte in the control group,no recurrence group and recurrence group were(449±116) ng/ml,(298±101)ng/ml,(141±98) ng/ml,respectively.The ATP level in recurrence group and no recurrence group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01),The ATP level in recurrence group was significantly lower than that in the no recurrence group(P<0.01).The risk of recurrence of bladder cancer increased when the ATP level lowered than 142 ng/ml.Conclusion:The ATP level within CD4+ T lymphocyte has good correlation with the recurrence of bladder cancer after operation.The regular measurement of ATP level in CD4+ T lymphocytes is useful for post-operation immune function monitoring and individual immunotherapy in patients who underwent bladder cancer operation.更多还原
