【摘要】 目的:建立反相高效液相色谱法测定水中五种拟除虫菊酯残留量的方法。方法:样品经过滤后进行反相高效液相色谱测定。色谱柱为W elch M aterials AQ-C185μm 250×4.6 mm,流动相为∶乙腈∶水=78∶22(V/V),流速为1.0 m l/m in,二极管阵列检测器,检测波长为205 nm。结果:各组分分离良好,在0.050μg/m l~5.0μg/m l范围内具有良好的线性关系,其回收率在98%~102%之间。结论:该方法操作简便、快捷、可靠,可用于水中拟除虫菊酯农药残留量的检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:An analytic method with RP-HPLC was developed to determine 5.sorts pyrethroid pesticides residue in water.Metheods: Water was filtrated and determined by RP-HPLC.Chromatographic column was Welch Materials AQ-C18 5 μm 250×4.6 mm,mobile phase was:Acetonitrile∶ Water=78∶ 22(V/V),flowing rate was 1.0 ml/min,DAD detecting wavelength was 205 nm.Results: 6 peaks of 5 pestecides could be separated perfectly.There was good linear relationship over the range of 0.05 mg/L~5.0 mg/L,and recoveries was 98%~102%.Conclusion: The method was proved to be satisfactory in precision,accuracy and sensitivity.更多还原
