【摘要】 目的:调查专科医院护理人员手部病原菌种类,探讨预防与控制措施。方法:于2010年3月,对我院内一科、内二科、放疗一科、放疗二科、妇一科、妇二科、胸外科的27名护理人员进行静脉输液过程中手部病原菌的采样,所有样本进行细菌和真菌培养。结果:护理人员手部病原菌不仅检出不动杆菌属、棒杆菌属、成团泛菌(聚团肠杆菌)、大肠埃希菌等条件致病菌,同时还检出金黄色葡萄球菌等致病性较强的细菌,耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌在手部大量存在。结论:专科医院护理人员操作中手部污染状况较严重,应予高度重视,切实做好医院感染的预防与控制工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To survey the varieties of microorganism on nurse hands and probe into its controlling measure in special hospital. Methods:We sampled microorganism of nurse hands during intravenous fluids infusion in the First and Second Internal Medicine Department,the First and Second Radiotherapy Department,the Department of the First and Second Gynecology and Obstetrics Department and the Department of CFBThoracic Surgery in our hospital.All samples carried out co-cultures of fungi and bacteria.Results:The varieties of microorganism included not only opportunistic pathogens such as Acinetobacter,Corynebacterium,Pantoea agglomerans(Enter-obacter agglomerans)former,and Escherichia Coli,but also strong pathogenic microorganisms such as Staphylo-coccus aureus,and it is so common that finding meticillin-resistant coagulase-negative staphylococci. Conclusion:Nursing staffs hands contamination is serious in the process of manipulating operation in Special hospital,emphasis should be placed on prophylaxis and control for nosocomial infection.更多还原
