【摘要】 目的:了解武汉市水产品中副溶血弧菌的污染情况,预防控制食源性疾病。方法:参照GB/T4789.7-2008《食品卫生微生物学检验》对24份样品进行副溶血弧菌的检测。结果:24份样品中检出副溶血弧菌9株,阳性率37.5%,不同品种水产品的阳性率差异无统计学意义。结论:武汉市水产品中副溶血弧菌污染比较严重,水产品卫生监管和指导有待加强。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To investigate the contamination status of Vibrio parahaemolyticu in aquatic products of Wuhan city,prevent and control food poisoning.Methods:24 samples were determined of VP according to the Chinese National Standard GB 4789.7-2008.Results:9 samples were positive of VP,and the positive rate was 37.5%.There was no significant difference in the positive rate of Vibrio parahaemolyticu among different kinds of aquatic products.Conclusion:The Vibrio parahaemolyticu contamination of aquatic products was serious in Wuhan city.The hygienic inspection and guidance of aquatic products should be enhanced.更多还原
