蔬菜中五氯硝基苯残留量的高效液相色谱测定方法

【摘要】 目的:探讨蔬菜中五氯硝基苯农残的高效液相色谱检测方法。方法:样品采用正己烷提取,过硅镁型吸附剂预处理柱,用高效液相色谱法测定。结果:取样量为10 g时,本法五氯硝基苯的最低检测浓度为0.05 mg/kg,回收率为85.0%~91.6%。结论:该方法操作简便、快速、准确,能适用于各类蔬菜样品中五氯硝基苯残留量的检测。

【Abstract】 Objective:To study and develop the determination method of quintozene residues in vegetables by HPLC.Methods:Vegetable sample was extracted by hexane and purified by florisil,and then determined by HPLC.Results:The detection limit was 0.05 mg/kg as sample was 10 g and the recovery rate was 85.0%~91.6% of this method.Conclusion:The results of this method are accurate and sample pre-treatment is simple and quick.The method can be applied in the determination of quintozene residues in vegetables.
