液液萃取气相色谱法测定生活饮用水中的百菌清
Determination of Chlorothalonil in drinking water by gas chromatography(GC) with liquid-liquid extraction
【摘要】 目的:建立测定生活饮用水中百菌清的气相色谱方法。方法:用正己烷分三次萃取水中的百菌清,用DB-17毛细管柱分离,程序升温的方式进行GC分析(ECD检测器),以保留时间定性,外标法定量。结果:水样加标回收率为80.2%~115.3%,相对标准偏差为4.5%~7.0%。若取水样500 ml经处理后分析,最低检出质量浓度为0.2μg/L,在10.0μg/L~1000.0μg/L浓度范围内,峰面积与其浓度有良好的线性关系。结论:所建立的分析方法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于生活饮用水中百菌清的测定。
【Abstract】 Objective:To establish a gas chromatographic method for detecting Chlorothalonil in drinking water.Methods: Chlorothalonil in water were extracted by n-hexane three times.The separation was performed on a DB—l7 capillary column.Apply temperature programming and adopt an ECD detector.Retention time was qualitative and external reference method was quantitative.Results: Mean recovery of Chlorothalonil standards added to water sample varied from 80.2% to 115.3%,the relative standard deviation was 4.5%~7.0%.Taking 500 ml water sample treated by n-hexane,its lowest detection quanlity concentration was 0.2 μg/L,and peak area and concentration has a good linear relationship in the concentration range of 10.0 μg/L~1000.0 μg/L.Conclusion: The method is simple,sensitive and accurate,and it can be applied to determine Chlorothalonil in drinking water.
