60Coγ射线辐照处理对加拿大转基因大豆品质的影响

【摘要】 本文利用60Co-γ射线对加拿大进口转基因大豆进行了200Gy4、00Gy6、00Gy和1000Gy的辐照处理,研究了不同剂量对进境转基因大豆品质的影响,结果表明,对照水分低于各辐照处理组,且在0.05水平存在显著性差异;各辐照剂量对大豆蛋白质含量、矿物质元素的含量与对照之间没有显著性差异;200Gy4、00Gy、600Gy辐照后的大豆脂肪含量略低于对照,在0.05水平差异性显著,1000Gy剂量辐照与对照之间没有显著性差异。笔者认为1000Gy以下的辐照剂量对大豆的品质影响甚微。

【Abstract】 The effect of gamma irradiation on the quality of transgenic soybean was studied.Soybean was treated by 200Gy,400Gy,600Gy and 1000Gy.The results show that there was significant difference between moisture content of irradiated treatments and the control at 0.05 confidence level,the un-irradiated soybean was lower than irradiated treatments.No remarkable difference was found among the protein,trace elements of irradiated and un-irradiated.Irradiated by 200Gy,400Gy and 600Gy can result in slight changes in fat content of soybean,but it disappeared under 1000Gy irradiation.So it had no significant effect on the quality of transgenic soybean from Canada.
