小麦抗叶锈病近等基因系TcLr19的差异表达分析

【Abstract】 Complementary DNA amplified fragments length polymorphism(cDNA-AFLP) analysis was employed to detect the differential expression of genes in TcLr19 and Thatcher inoculated with Puccinia triticina isolate 05-21-116③(THTS).A total of 58 from 224 primer pairs displayed polymorphism between TcLr19 and Thatcher.Polymorphic transcript-derived fragments(TDFs) between TcLr19 and Thatcher were grouped into seven types,and five were supposed to correspond to the process of disease-resistant.Twelve of these TDFs were sequenced and nine were homologic with the known function genes by BLASTx analysis.Calmo-dulin-binding protein,leucine-rich repeat receptor-like kinase and serine/threonine kinase protein were supposed to correspond to signal transduction of plants.Stem rust resistance like protein,stress regulated protein and PDR-type ABC transporter 9 were supposed to correspond to the expression of the Lr19 disease-resistant gene.
